They are simply abhorrent, their actions pertaining to their cat is abhorrent and cruel.
The cat has injured his paw and cant extend his nails out. The vet thinks it's either a break in the paw or a strain on the tendon that serves the nail in the paw, but that they had to bandage it and keep it stable for a few weeks to get it to heal. In addition to this, they are supposed to keep the cat inside at all times until it gets better.
The cat's bandage fell off a day after it was bandaged. They wont take it back to the vet to get it re-bandaged because they cant seem to tell the vet that they should be liable for paying for it again, after it fell off after just one day, so they left it like that. I cant fight with them to take the cat to the vet, because they just act even more vitriolic and abusive to me when I have done so in the past, even though the cat had an abscess and had to get it drained and take antibiotics.
Even if they are so petty that they wont take the cat to the vet (it's just a $50 fee they would be charged - which just shows how petty they are) they are supposed to keep it inside, but they don't. It's now two days that they have let the cat outside and he climbs up over the fence and hurts his paw more, so that it's going to take longer to heal, if it does. They just have absolutely no sense whatsoever. Just totally ignorant and idiotic.
This is just cruelty and if I say anything, they tell me to "piss off and mind my own business", to "get lost and go back to bed" or they tell me, "it's our cat, not yours, so it's none of your business". What idiocy is that.
They really don't deserve to own any pets when they don't know how to treat them properly. If I could report them for animal cruelty, I would, but this isn't enough to show animal cruelty because it's not bad enough. But if it were, I would and then they could go to jail. Blood stupid idiotic and cruel ignoramuses.

The cat did a pee in their bedrooms - on their beds and the floor
I have been saying for a while now that karma will get those people in my family who have been abusive, volatile and violent to me. Well, karma is paying them back.
This morning, the idiots didn't take care of the cat properly, closed the hallway door while they were all in the kitchen and left the cat to roam around crying, needing to go to the toilet, but without access to his kitty litter. So what is a poor cat to do? He goes to the toilet where he can. He did a big pee on my parents bed and it also must have gone on the floor too, plus he did another pee in my brother, LayZ boy's room too.
Sucked in to them!
Cats pee stinks so bad, especially from the male cats. For some reason male cats pee is so unbelievably smelly.
I was in my bedroom when all of this happened, but I didn't know about it as I was asleep at the time.
They found the cat and started yelling, which is when I woke up. Then my brother LayZ boy tells my mother: "See, I told you, you should have let the cat stay outside. This never would have happened if the cat was outside." Then my step-father gets into it and starts yelling at the "stupid cat" and telling her that the cat has to go outside and he's kicking it out now. I couldn't get out there fast enough because he let it out. Then LayZ boy continues talking to himself as he walks past the hallway, saying: "I knew I was right. The cat must go outside, it should never have stayed inside. See, I am always right." He kept saying this to himself over and over, like a litany of sorts. What a fucking lunatic! Insanity!
Now the cat still has a sore paw, he is still injured, he still cant walk on it and the vet has recommended it stay inside till that paw heals because it cant get worse if it goes outside. The vet thinks he may have broken his paw or sprained it, so he cant walk on it until it heals and that's not for another few weeks. They have been told to keep the cat inside to prevent it from using that paw and damaging the paw further. But do they listen?
But do these idiots have any sense? Of course not. There are other cats outside, their cat is not de-sexed, so he fights other cats, they have all these hidey-holes and space under the sunroom which is open and easily accessible with all of their junk under there, that the cat can get into trouble.
Then when I asked my mother why the cat was outside, she replied: "He escaped." That was an outright lie, yet again from the liar! I told her that I heard exactly what happened and that they were such idiots to let out an injured cat outside when he could hurt himself even more. She told me: "Mind your own business, it's our cat and we can do whatever we want." And of course my step-father told me to, "go back to bed, why don't you. The cat is staying outside. I don't care what you think, so piss off." What ludicrous idiocy!
I just cannot comprehend the insanity of people like them. They take no responsibility for anything and just lash out at everyone and everything that they think has less power than them (that is mainly me). They are so deluded and do not deserve to have any pets because they cannot take care of them properly.
Anyway, this is part one of the divine retribution they are going to get. There is no way that karma ain't coming for those three imbeciles for doing what they are doing to me.

Poor little kitty has hurt one of his claws
On around Tuesday, my parents kitty cat somehow hurt one of his front left paw claws in between me going to bed and then a few hours later, him meowing in the hallway and waking me up, limping!
I have no idea how he could have hurt his claw - it's the one on his front left paw, the second from the end near the smallest paw/claw - because when I left him on the couch in the family room so that I could go to bed, he was fine. A few hours later, he wakes me with his meowing and I noticed that he was limping, at first thinking that maybe I was imagining it because I was still half asleep! But no. He was definitely limping.
After almost a week of him being in pain and it hurting even more on Friday, I guilted my mother into taking him to the vet. I called the vet surgery and asked to speak to one of the vet nurses, told her the situation and then asked her to speak to my mother so she could explain that the cat needed to see the vet for an examination.
My mother talked to her and apparently made an appointment with her, but neglected to tell me. She didn't want me to know that I had guilted her into it, so she said nothing to me. I made an appointment with the the vet at the same time she was due to see the vet and it was only when I told my mother that I made an appointment with the vet that she told me that she already did at that time too! How stubborn can a person be?
Anyway, the vet saw the kitty cat and agreed with what I had suspected - something wrong with the claw next to the smallest one on the front left. She bandaged that paw, up to mid-leg and gave him some medicine (non-steroid anti-inflammatory - NSAID). My mother complained bitterly about the vet fees, to me afterwards, as if it was in the thousands of dollars, when it was $160. She promised when she got the cat as a kitten that she would take him to the vet regularly, get him desexed and checked out - of course she has done none of it. Her promises are always full of empty air, meaningless!
Kitty cat has not been happy since he got his foot bandaged, he's always shaking that paw to try to get rid of the bandage, but it is not going anywhere. I think the medication doesn't agree with him as he gets very stressed a little while after he's taken it, breathing fast, getting drowsy and lethargic and today we only gave him about 1/2 of the dose he was supposed to have! I think tomorrow he wont get any medicine to see if that make a difference. I don't like to see him in pain or stress.

Feeling a bit better now
It's very late now - it's about 2am - and I still haven't gone to bed yet. It stands to reason, as I got out of bed at around 5pm this afternoon!
I just wanted to add that I am starting to feel better now. The extreme lethargy has dissipated quite a lot from earlier today and despite the dark circles under my eyes, I even have a bit of colour in my cheeks and I don't feel quite as unwell as I did before and I am start to look a lot better than I did yesterday and earlier today. It must have something to do with the food I ate earlier - my body must have finally absorbed the iron and the other nutrients and made me feel better, several hours later.
In the last few hours, I have been busy finding more information about storage units - the size and costs of them - to determine where I should store my possessions (furniture and other things) and I have compared them and will be calling them tomorrow or the next day to find out which one I should use. They all have special offers at some time or another so it would be foolish if I didn't take advantage.
And the other nice thing is that when I opened the outside door, the kitty cat was there, waiting to be let in. The kitty cat has comes to my room against to have a nice little nap on my bed, but not before giving me a little cuddle, where he was just purring and kneading my neck area his paws were on my clothes, so it didn't hurt and he knows not to do it hard, the smart cat. He likes to sit on my upper chest/stomach area with his face and paws near my neck/face, like he's hugging me and just purr away - he is gorgeous like that. I have an old woollen cardigan at the foot of my bed which he lies on and I cover him with the part that he's not lying on enveloping him in my cardigan. He likes to sleep there as it's really comfortable for him. He's so gorgeous and the only thing in this house that makes me happy. This little animal just gives me unconditional love and I adore his purring - it makes me feel good to hear it and he does it continuously. Love that cat!
I think I must go to bed soon, to try to get up earlier and go for a walk somewhere, get some fresh air and feel better.

Stress is taking a huge toll on my health
The constant stress of being around these chaotic, manic, obnoxious people is taking a huge toll on my health, to the point where I have been sick almost every day from a viral upper respiratory infection, almost every day for the past three months! I have had sinusitis, colds, the flu, pharyngitis and bronchitis, as well as allergies. The bronchitis makes it very hard for me to breathe properly.
My face looks terrible too. The stress is starting to take a huge toll on my looks lately. Even I can see how terrible I am looking every day! My skin tone looks bad, I have dark circles under my eyes, my hair looks limp and I have lost the sparkle in my eyes.
The viral infections mean I get hot and cold chills and fever, I feel totally lethargic and exhausted. My energy levels are so low.
I also don't sleep very well. I have really bad quality of sleep, often waking up many times during the night because I get sleep apnea - with my nasal passages completely blocked and then my mouth being closed too, I stop breathing, at which point my body realises that I am not breathing, wakes me a little to make me conscious and then I start gasping for air and wake up with a startle. It freaked me out the first time it happened and took me ages to convince doctors that it was happening (I don't fit the regular profile of a person with sleep apnea as I am not obese or even overweight), but now it happens every so often, I know what it is and I try to calm myself down after I wake up with the gasp for air and try to get back to sleep again.
With the insomnia, it means even if I do get to sleep and stay asleep, I don't feel at all refreshed when I wake up - sometimes I feel even more tired that when I first went to sleep!
I am a right mess at the moment and I just want someone to show me some kindness and gentleness. But I think I will have to comfort myself with the cat's love as he is the only nice, sweet thing in this house. He tends to sleep in my room every night, at the foot of my bed. When he's ready to go out, he gets up from his sleeping position and walks around and makes a little purring noise and let him out. It's because I am such a light sleeper at the moment that I rouse immediately as soon as the cats wakes up. At least he loves to cuddle with me before going to sleep and before leaving, so that is the only time I get some loving and even though it's only a little bit of love from an animal, at least it's something and at least it's unconditional love and comes without any strings attached. The cat loves me for me and that's nice! At least someone does!

There's a mouse in the kitchen
Last night, long after my brother's manic episode, I went to the kitchen to get a glass of water and I saw something move near the kitchen faucet. I looked again and a little mouse went scurrying across the kitchen bench, hiding near some kitchen utensils.
I moved those utensils and it went scurrying away to the other side and out near the fireplace.
Thinking that maybe the cat could find and get rid of it, I went to my room, got the cat (which woke him up) and put him on the floor near the fireplace. The cat just sat there and proceeded to lay down, like he was about to go to sleep! He just wasn't interested in anything else but sleeping. I picked the cat from the floor and put him near where the mouse was on the bench, thinking that if he could smell the mouse's scent, he would try to find it. As soon as I put the cat down, he walked away from there. He wanted to sleep and there was nothing I could do to make him find the mouse, so I took him back to my room and back to his sleeping spot on my bed, where he proceeded to purr loudly and made himself very comfortable before going to sleep again.
When my mother came home from her gambling (it must have been after 2am), I told her there was a mouse in the kitchen. She just dismissed what I said.
Later, she came to my room and told me that it was my fault that there was a mouse in the kitchen because I leave the landing door open and the mice can get in from downstairs! There is a door to the landing/entry which also leads to her junk rooms downstairs as well as the garage.
Now what she said is totally ludicrous. I am supposed to know there are mice downstairs? And why would I even think for a moment that there are mice downstairs? That is insane! And how is it my fault anyway, when everyone opens that door for cross-flow ventilation. Everyone (including her) opens that door for cross-flow air ventilation. Oh man, this family could not be more insane if they tried!
All my mother knows how to do is complain and blame me for everything because she cannot take responsibility for her actions and she refuses to see reality (about her son and husband's violence and abuse towards me). But then again, how can she, when she totally condones it and even inflames it on purpose to make it happen. Lovely huh? Grrrrrrr!!
