At work, I am lucky enough to have an office to sit in so that I am away from everyone and their perfumes, body deodorants, lotions, shampoo, even laundry detergents.
Yesterday and today I have had my door closed, because I cant handle the aromas from people's personal products.
Today someone came to sit with me, but whatever he was wearing (even though I couldnt smell it, obviously I did react to it) was enough to send me into convulsing fits of coughing, slight head hurting and itchy nose. This was just being exposed to whatever he was wearing for about two minutes! Just two minutes.
The coughing is so horrible, because it is so terribly tiring on my body. All that racking coughing to the point of convulsions of my diaphragm is not healthy at all.
On the weekend, I went into a shop which was almost closing. The young workers were throwing buckets of water which had bleach on the floor, in preparation to sweep the floor clean. The bleach they had used wasnt even that strong, as it was mixed with the water, so it was diluted quite a bit. I couldnt smell it that much.
I was exposed to the bleach / water mixture on the floor for maybe 1 minute, if that.
I immediately started coughing a lot and had to leave the shop. I continued to cough and cough and cough like an asthmatic.
I took some of my herbal medicine when I got home so it made it a bit better.
Now you may ask, why dont I use an inhaler for asthmatics. Well, that is because I cant take anything with adrenalin in it because I get abnormal heart beats (ectopic heart arrhythmias) and while they are not associated with any serious health condition, any time I take any medicine with any type of ephedrine or other stimulant like adrenaline, those ectopic heart arrhythmias get worse. And if they continued too long in the same vein, I would most likely have to get heart surgery to correct the incorrect electric pathway.
It's just such a no-win situation for me.
And tonight, my head hurts so much. It's due to my sinuses getting all inflamed from the allergies affecting me.

The reason why I came back to the house of lunatics
Prior to living here in the house of lunatics, I was living on my own, renting an apartment in another city. I had just finished a contract and was contemplating my future.
I had decided I wasn't too excited about doing more IT work, that I wanted to work on my own projects, without the pressure of a job. I also decided to take on a project which involved creating a site to sell all the knick-knacks my mother collects. We would split the proceeds 50:50, maybe even 60:40 (in my favour), given that I was doing all the work, creating the site, photographing and uploading the items, listing the items, packaging and posting them to client, as well as maintaining the site. My mother was simply buying them at very little cost.
She persuaded me to come back to live her, so that I didn't have to keep on travelling the 3-4 hours every few weeks to collect the items.
Once I got back here, I got really sick. I had some sort of viral infection (it seemed like chronic fatigue syndrome to me) as well as having hundreds of heart palpitations every day (my heart has been checked out and nothing intrinsically wrong with it). I was exhausted and feverish most days. Needless to say, the web site didn't happen for a while.
Then my brother LayZ boy came to live here too when his wife kicked him out and the rest is documented here - about his lunacy.
Once I am out of this house, away from these crazy, volatile, angry people, I wont have to be subjected to their angry tirades and volatile outbursts, it will be much better for me, because I wont be upset every day. Whatever idiotic things they want to do or say, I wont be exposed to it and that will make my life much better! I can then get on with my life and find my better life!

Heart palpitations
I have been feeling incredibly sad and wanted to cry so much all day yesterday, but it's almost like I don't even have the energy to do so.
In addition to this, I feel totally and utterly exhausted, drained of all my energy by these three people who call themselves my family.
On top of that, I have been getting these heart palpitations, which became really severe yesterday and last night, where my heart was beating incorrectly it seemed like almost every beat. I would get fast heartbeats for a few beats, followed by skipped beats and then a thumping beat. I have had this investigated previously and apparently I have "ectopic heartbeats" both ventricular and atrial, which means I get a heartbeat starting in either the top chambers of the heart (atria) or the lower chambers of the heart (ventricles) instead of in the sinoatrial node (in the area between the layers of the heart). I have also been having supra ventricular heartbeats, which is when the heart beats very quickly (over 100 beats a minute) but only for a very short duration, like for about 5-6 beats or so. All of this, the cardiologist told me, about a year ago, when I was first diagnosed, points to stress. So it comes as no surprise that it's been happening more and more lately and culminating so much last night, again.
I have also been feeling really tired physically and I feel like I have a bit of a fever for the last few days too, like as if I have some type of a viral infection. I feel quite warm today and really lethargic. This means I have some type of viral infection, but because I don't have any other symptoms (no sore throat, no upper or lower respiratory infection) it could be that my immune system is not functioning very well and I may have chronic fatigue syndrome. All I know is that I get sick like this all the time and it comes after being greatly stressed. I wake up feeling tired and I just want to sleep all day as I have zero energy. Not only am I a little feverish, but I also feel really dizzy, which could be due to the palpitations or it could be due to a middle ear infection (which I get quite often, several times a year) or it could be due to a gastrointestinal infection, the last two are definitely due to a virus.
I have been doing a lot more exercise these past three weeks. I started at 45 minutes a day, but now I am at 70 minutes a day. I have been walking up and down hills for about 45 minutes and then for about 25 minutes I do arm and leg exercise (Pilate's basically) to tone them up. I have noticed a difference in my body, but I think I have been over-doing it. I have been totally and utterly stressed by my family and I am putting more stress on my body with the daily exercise but not doing anything for stress-relief (like meditation or yoga or relaxation), which means my body is just getting overly stressed in every way with no respite, with too much pressure to bear all at once. Hence the heart palpitations and the fever and lethargy.
These people are literally draining all the energy out of me. I just need to get out of here, but with no energy, no money and no motivation, how can I????
